Hello everyone,

I'm new to the board! It's been less than a week since our journey into glasses began...

On Monday, we noticed that our 14 month old daughter, Nathalie, had one eye turning in. Her father was in glasses at 14 months so we immediately went to the opthamologist. Turns out she is farsighted (+4.75 and +5.5). Today she was fitted for her glasses. We went with the Marchon Flexon Kids 90, mainly b/c they seemed like the most flexible ones available. I've looked around a bit here and it looks like they've gotten some good reviews.

We only ordered one pair today at the office (frames and lenses) and are thinking of ordering another pair of frames online to save some money (currently no vision insurance for the baby, that's a long story and will be resolved this Nov during open enrollment, grrr). We'll get the lenses done at the office. Is this normal/ok? Clearly, I'm new to this.
